Is there a framework for .NET that supports Erlang's concept of "mobile code"?

In other words, "A serialization framework for closures and their set of (IL-code) dependencies".

What is the .NET framework What are the different components of it?

The two major components of . NET Framework are the Common Language Runtime and the . NET Framework Class Library. The Common Language Runtime (CLR) is the execution engine that handles running applications.

Check out F#, I think that's the closest "native" .NET language to Erlang or the other functional languages.
