iOS In-App purchases: When and why does SKPaymentTransactionStateRestored
get sent back as status of a transaction?
Does it related to having a recurring subscription plan?
Review status On average, 90% of submissions are reviewed in less than 24 hours. You'll be notified by email of status changes. You can also check the review status of your submission in the My Apps section of App Store Connect or on the App Store Connect app for iPhone and iPad.
Reinstatement occurs when a borrower has cured a delinquency by making past-due payments plus any applicable penalty fees or late charges.
Restoring purchases prevents you from losing all the things that have been purchased on the old devices. All you need to do is sign in with your old Apple ID or Google Account credentials and you would have restored your purchases. Pretty simple, correct? This menu is available on the side menu of your app.
Tap on your Username. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile Page which appears and select Sign Out. Select 'Sign in or create an account'. From the list of options select 'Restore Purchase'.
You get SKPaymentTransactionStateRestored
transactions instead of SKPaymentTransactionStatePurchased
transactions when you are restoring the user's purchases by sending a restoreCompletedTransactions
message to the SKPaymentQueue
.
