Hello, One of the most common causes that will trigger this kind of behavior is a stuck CTRL-key. If you didn't know, if you press any of the CTRL keys and scroll upwards or downwards, the mouse's scroll will produce zooming.
Click on Settings. Uncheck the Pinch to Zoom feature to disable it. Click on Apply and/or OK, whichever applies to your case. Once you do so, your computer's screen should no longer zoom in and out when you touch your computer's Touchpad.

I assume this mouse wheel bug will be resolved in due course.
