How do I not share apps between iPhone and iPad?

Turn off Handoff on your devices iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch: Go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff. Mac: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click General, then deselect “Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices.”

Can I restrict an app on iPhone?

You can lock apps on your iPhone from the Settings app with Screen Time. Locking apps prevents you from overusing them by implementing a passcode-protected time limit. Apple's Screen Time feature lets you set a time limit on any app or website.

YES, yes, you CAN, set the UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities stating that the app requires telephony. This means it will only work on an iPhone. Please read more about it from the Apple Documentation here -

UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities - setting conditions so app store knows which devices to allow installation on

Within this page, search for UIRequiredDeviceCapabilites and it will tell you more from there.

I hope this helps anyone with this issue
