I recently unpublished my app. Now I'm not able to find the option for republishing it. I've tried incrementing the version number and re-uploading.
please guide me to the right way to get that done. The new PlayConsole interface is quite confusing to me.

When you unpublish an app, existing users can still use your app and receive app updates, but new users won't find and download it on Google Play. Before you can unpublish an app, you must ensure that: You have accepted the latest Developer Distribution Agreement.
Can I publish an app to a specific group of users? No. But you can publish an app targeting a specific country or specific device models.
Select app go to Store presence then select pricing and distribution you will find option to publish and unpublish the application
