Select the lines you want and then press: Windows: Shift + Alt + i. Mac: shift + option + i.
For multi-line selection, Ctrl+Alt+Down / ⌘+Alt+Shift+Down will extend your selection or cursor position to the next line. Ctrl+Right / ⌘+Right will move to the end of each line, no matter how long. To escape the multi-line selection, hit Esc .
Place your cursor somewhere in or next to the first word you wish to select. While holding down Ctrl (Windows & Linux) or Command (Mac OS X), click in the next word you wish to select. Repeat until you've selected the words you want to change.
Press alt + shift + A to Toggle block selection (Toggle block / column selection in the current text editor), this will let you write vertically in eclipse, then you can easily do this.
Go to Window->Preferences.
Find for binding in text box surrounded by red box.
On OS X, the key combination for multi-line edits in Eclipse (or STS) is option/alt+command+A

With this multiple occurrence of same text can be selected and edited. This is similar to multi select functionality available in editors like Sublime and Visual studio code.
