I am in trouble, I made a test subscriptions group in iTunes connect, but now I cannot delete it. Is there any way to delete it?
Tap your Apple ID at the top. Tap View Apple ID and sign in if prompted. Tap Subscriptions. Find and tap the subscription you would like to cancel.
You would not be able to delete your Subscription History, just as you cannot delete your Purchase History tied to your Apple ID. Both will always be associated to your Apple ID account, and accessible within your Settings.
This does not currently seem possible.

No, those are required in situ [on site] for historical reference and to help guard against duplicated/conflated references going forward.
