I want to delete a test property from Google Analytics, but there is no delete option on the property page. Does anyone know how to delete a property from Google Analytics?
In the upper-left, click on the Google Analytics logo to get to the All Attribution projects page. In the table of projects you have access to, find the project you wish to delete, and click the More icon. . Click Move to trash can .
If you need to delete data from the Analytics servers for any reason, then you can use the Data Deletion Requests feature to issue a request for its removal.
Sign in to Google Analytics.. Click Admin, and navigate to the view you wish to delete. In the VIEW column, click View Settings. Click Move to Trash Can.

To edit a property: Sign in to Google Analytics.. Click Admin, and navigate to the property you want to edit. In the PROPERTYcolumn, click Property Settings, and edit any of the following: Property name: The name for the property that appears in Analytics.
Google has done it again… they changed the design. But they also made things a bit simpler and more logic. Go to Administration → Property Settings and look for the Delete Property link at the right-bottom of the page. Click that link to delete the property.
A Google Analytics property is a website, blog or mobile application that has a unique Tracking ID in Google Analytics. Google uses this code to track user activity on that particular property to compile useful reports.

Google has done it again… they changed the design. But they also made things a bit simpler and more logic. Go to Administration → Property Settings
and look for the Delete Property
link at the right-bottom of the page. Click that link to delete the property.

Note that the RGB noise is not part of the Google design. I added that to protect personal information. ;)
What follows was my original answer, which has been rendered obsolete by Google’s design update on 2014-08-01. For potential reference purposes, I’ve decided to not yet remove that outdated info…
Google decided to move that feature into the View Settings
. To find it, go to the "View Settings" in your Admin area…
Then click the link to delete it…
it can be done, click on admin then under the "all website data" tab, there will be "view settings". Under that - at the bottom - there will be "delete this view". That does the trick.
You have to select the Property first and then under Profile
click on Profile Settings. At the bottom of that page there is a "delete this profile" link:
