I am using notepad++ there are some text whose occurence is one in a row, when i searched and marked ,notepad++ search them with blue label highlighting those rows,i want to copy those marked characters or rows. Please suggest!

Go to Search menu and select mark option.. (Ctrl+M) Enter what you want to find and click mark all option then click on copy marked text and paste wherever you want.
If you click on the line that says a file name, then the RClick > Copy action will copy the results from that file. If you do RClick > Select All then RClick > Copy , it will copy all the results, even across files.
What is that? It's a bookmark. Aside from clicking in that area, bookmarks can be toggled using the menu entry Search > Bookmark > Toggle Bookmark.
In Notepad++ (v5.9.3) it's done like this:
"Search" -> "Bookmark" -> "Copy Bookmarked Lines"
