I have my Visual Studio 2015 Community installed in Simplified Chinese version. Now I want to try it in English version.
I have already changed Language in Tools | Options... | Environment | International Settings to English.(I downloaded and installed the English language pack from the link showed below the button.) Now most of the things in my Visual Studio windows are represented in English. Yet, some items have not changed. For example, References in Solution Explorer is still in Chinese.
What extra steps should I take to completely change language in Visual Studio 2015 Community?

Modify language packsChoose the Language packs tab in the Visual Studio Installer. Select the language you prefer.
Press Ctrl+Shift+P to bring up the Command Palette then start typing "display" to filter and display the Configure Display Language command. Press Enter and a list of installed languages by locale is displayed, with the current locale highlighted.
You can change the menu language in the Visual Studio options. 1. Select the Options command in the Tools menu and Environment > International Settings in the options dialog which then opens. The Language area displays the languages (in this case German, English).
The Visual Studio 2015 Language Pack is a free add-on that you can use to switch the language that's displayed in the Visual Studio user interface. The Visual Studio 2015 Language Pack enables the display of the UI in different languages. After you install the Language Pack, you can switch among the languages.
go to Menu ->tools--->invironment --->international sittings--->get additional languagues
