How to adjust Google Chrome predictors?

Is there a way to edit values in Google Chrome predictors ( chrome://predictors/ )? I've been looking for it along other database files in AppData directory with no success.

PC : Shift + Delete. Mac : Shift + FN + Delete.

Where is Predict network actions in Chrome?

Turning off predict network actions can sometimes solve Chrome issues: Open a Chrome tab and go to chrome://settings/cookies. Then Scroll down to "Preload pages for faster browsing and searching" and toggle the switch on to disable the feature.

"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Network Action Predictor" is SQLite DB that contains predictors data.

Tested on Google Chrome version 42.0.2300.2 dev-m.
