I see on iTunes Connect in AppAnalytics/SalesAndTrends sections only app units (that means the difference of app installs from previous week/month). Where can I see the total app installs number? Thanks
To see how many times your app has been downloaded via your iPhone: Navigate and sign in to the App Store Connect to access App Analytics. On the “Overview” page your app will be displayed. Find the “Total Downloads” card to see the number of times your app has been downloaded that month.
Go to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ & login with your apple developer credentials. Go to App Analytics. App downloads are measured as Units.
App Store performanceYou can measure your app's downloads, including First-Time Downloads, Redownloads, and Total Downloads, as well as your App Store conversion rate. This data provides insight into how your marketing efforts and metadata changes affect downloads.
As of this post I was able to get lifetime numbers. From the App Store Connect dashboard nagivate to 'Sales and Trends'. From there click 'Units' (left nav, under 'Sales'). Then click the date selection input- 'Lifetime' should appear in the date selection popover.
iTunes Connect provide a date filter for how many time apps were installed during a particular time period. You can use that filter for this situation.
