When I log on to the volume licensing centre, I cannot see a download for Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise edition (only TFS 2017). I understand that the licensing model has changed, so do I instead need to go "somewhere else" and allocate a licence to each of my users?
Enter your password, or complete your organization's sign-in requirements. Upon successful sign-in, an "Activate Your Visual Studio Subscription" window will appear. Enter the product key information available from the payment "Confirmation Page" or "Confirmation Email" and select Activate.
Go to the Product Keys section of the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) for Open, Open Value, Select, Enterprise Agreements, and the Services provider License Agreement (SPLA) Call your Microsoft Activation Center.
Microsoft Visual Studio Licensing, March 2017, page 7, seems to say that Enterprise Volume License Subscription will not include Visual Studio 2017.
