I've been wondering how to code something I don't know what it's called. Basically, (I don't have enough reputation to insert an image), it's the little icon next to your tab showing what website you're on. Like on facebook it's the "f" with blue background and google is the "g" with the colors... :\
Could anyone please help me with how to implement it on my website and what it's called? Thanks so much

A favicon, or browser icon, is a small square image that displays next to a page's title in browser tabs and in other places across the web.
Open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen. You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
It is called favicon.ico and you can generate it from this site.
