How can I stop pgadmin 4 process? I ran pgadmin 4 next method:
python3 /usr/local/pgAdmin4.py
My idea using Ctrl-c.

Yes, it is an app. I later learn to hold the option key and select "force to quit". After few research I found out that it is a know issue in version 5.2, if you're still using this version please update your pgadmin4 to try quitting your app correctly !
The recommended way to restart pgAdmin 4 is to quit the menulet pgAdmin 4 ("Shut down server") and launch pgAdmin 4 again from the Dock. You have to clean up (i.e. close) the now defunct browser window of the previous session manually.
The File Menu¶ Click to open the Preferences dialog to customize your pgAdmin settings. If you have modified the workspace, click to restore the default layout.
If you are using pgAdmin 4 on mac OS or Ubuntu, you can use system tool bar (at the top of the screen) icon for this. After you start pgAdmin server the icon with elephant head should appear. If you click it you will have an option Shut down server.
