Menu
Go to File -> Settings -> Tools -> Web Browsers, Un-check "Show browser popup in the editor" in the bottom.
If you hide the main menu, you can still access it with the corresponding action: press Ctrl+Shift+A and search for main menu.

Since 2020.3 version you have a bit better control over file types:
Another possible solution: just disable all browsers in that list.
