I have successfully created a Google Drive Service Account and can create files via PHP to this account. However I need to be able to view these created files from the Google web UI from other user accounts. How do I allow other users access to these auto created files?

Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to "Anyone with the link."
In order to share entire Google Drive to another Google Drive, there is one Share option available in Google Drive. You need to choose all files and folders from Google Drive and then choose Share option for each folder to complete the process successfully.
You just need to share the file with the desired users with:
