I have stripped out everything, and provided a simple program to reproduce the output below:

My question is - how can I get access to in individual entities in this
[MOUSE_RELEASED,(67,54),absolute(67,54),button=1,modifiers=Button1,clickCount=1]
without parsing out the data?

Event listeners represent the interfaces responsible to handle events. Java provides various Event listener classes, however, only those which are more frequently used will be discussed. Every method of an event listener method has a single argument as an object which is the subclass of EventObject class.
Event SourceA source must register listeners in order for the listeners to receive notifications about a specific type of event. Each type of event has its own registration method. When an event occurs, all registered listeners are notified and receive a copy of the event object. It is called Multicasting the event.
Just check e instanceof MouseEvent and get all the parameters from the MouseEvent
