Today, we're thrilled to announce Snippets, available now in Bitbucket, to create and manage multi-file snippets of all kinds. We took a different approach than standard pastebin or gist – we built Snippets around teams.

Contents. If you boil it down to the most basic difference between GitHub and Bitbucket, it is that GitHub is focused around public code and Bitbucket is for private. GitHub has a huge open-source community and Bitbucket tends to have mostly enterprise and business users.
For Bitbucket, unfortunately, the current answer is NO.
There is also an issue (Issue #516) report about this on Bitbucket issue trakers. You may follow its status there.
