I am adding the ability for users of my web app to get credit reports of people applying to them. I am looking for a service that charges per credit report request - ideally, not a monthly fee. What options exist that provide an online api for retrieving personal credit reports?

Request Your Free Credit Report: Online: Visit AnnualCreditReport.com. By Phone: Call 1-877-322-8228. For TTY service, call 711 and ask the relay operator for 1-800-821-7232.
Online: If you request your report at AnnualCreditReport.com , you should be able to access it immediately. Phone: If you order your report by calling (877) 322-8228, your report will be processed and mailed to you within 15 days.
You can request a copy of your credit file online, at any of the SingPost branches or at the Credit Bureau office. Prices reflected below are accurate and current: CBS Credit Report is chargeable at $6.42 (inclusive of GST).
A CBS Credit Score is a four-digit number based on your past payment history on your loan accounts. The score range from 1000 to 2000, where individuals scoring 1000 have the highest likelihood of defaulting on a payment, whereas those scoring 2000 have the lowest chance of reaching a delinquency status.
Talked to a TransUnion rep today and it depends on the company but in my case (a financial services website for a client) there's a $225 startup fee, $50/month subscription fee and a charge of $3.5 per credit report pulled through their API.
