Genymotion emulator shows white screen. it starts fine. but didn't get original screen. it shows only white screen.

If it's a white screen, it means it is loading. Before it happened to me, and I clicked on the white screen for some times, then it successfully loaded my project. It may be that your Project includes something that the Emulator is incompatible with (an extension for example).
Reboot the PC (Windows) On Windows, a reboot is usually enough to fix the problem after Genymotion Desktop first run.
Press and HOLD the power button on Genymotion's UI on the bottom right. That will pop up the menu to restart. The app will freeze up as it shuts down, but upon rebooting it you will see that it has restarted.
It creates virtual devices (android phones). In short, VirtualBox takes some of your computer's memory and allocates that memory to a virtual device. It's all about the concept of virtualization. Without VirtualBox, you can't run Genymotion On macOS, windows, or Linux.
In my case, genymotion just stayed glued to the taskbar and consistently showed the white screen no matter what I did. However, after so many hours of trying;
Press the combination ctrl+shift+right click the taskbar icon for genymotion and select maximize.
It solved my problem.
I guess everything else was a bit overkill😂🙆♂️
