How do I format date and time using iPhone SDK?
For example, how would I extract the date from 9/4/2024 12:00:00 AM
to NSDate?
Once the General settings page is open, tap on Language & Region. On the Language & Region page, you'll find multiple options like Region, Calendar, Temperature, Measurement System, First Day of Week, and Date Format.
By default, the date and time, visible on the Lock Screen, are set automatically based on your location. If you want to change them—for example, when you're traveling—you can adjust them. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time.
Code identifies dates following the W3C profile of ISO 8601, Date and Time Formats, that specifies the pattern: YYYY-MM-DD. If hours, minutes, and seconds are also needed the following pattern is used: YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.
