I have succesfully finished testing my app on iphone by AdHoc Distrubution and now wanted to submit for AppStore. But there is a problem during creating a Distribution Provisioning Profile for AppStore.
After creating this Profile the status is still PENDING. How long it takes? There were no delay after creating Distributing profile for AdHoc testing.

A Distribution Provisioning Profile is a combination of your App ID and Distribution Certificates. It authorizes your app to use particular services (like Push Notifications) and ensures that your app is submitted by you. This is why Distribution Certificates are tied to a specific Mac.
The enterprise signing certificate that you use to sign apps typically lasts for three years. However, the provisioning profile expires after a year. While the certificate is still valid, Intune gives you the tools to proactively assign a new provisioning profile to devices that have apps that are nearing expiry.
The profiles resource represents the provisioning profiles that allow you to install apps on your iOS devices or Mac. You can create and delete provisioning profiles, and download them to sign your code. Provisioning profiles include signing certificates, device identifiers, and a bundle ID.
It has never taken more than a minute or two for me, and I have done it a dozen times in the past two years. I would try logging out and back in, and if that does not work maybe make a new one, and if that fails, tell Apple.

I too have faced this problem . I have waited upto 25 minutes . This is issue at the Apple Server . Now it is working fine .
