I want our team to develop against local instances of an Oracle database. With MS SQL, I can use SQL Express Edition. What are my options?

To manually create the Oracle database locally, complete these steps: Install Oracle 10g Release 2, Oracle 11g Release 1, or Oracle 11g Release 2 on the portal server. Use the Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) to create a database locally for the SOA Domain Management Server.
Oracle has an express edition as well. I believe it is more limited though (IIRC, you can only have one database on an instance)
