We are currently hosting an ASP.NET MVC application and we wish to incorporate a turn-key customer feedback system. UserVoice will absolutely meet our needs, but we'd like to consider alternatives before moving forward. GetSatification appears to provide a similiar model. Are there any other service which we should consider as well?
Teams is First Product to Use New Portal, Which Replaces User Voice. Update November 10: The feedback portal is now available for a bunch of other Microsoft 365 apps (OneNote, SharePoint, Stream, Planner, Yammer, Viva Topics, etc..
Microsoft has partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to communicate with customers and collect feedback. We will be moving away from UserVoice feedback sites throughout the 2021 calendar year on a product-by-product basis.
UserVoice was a platform offered by Microsoft on which users could request new features. These new features or enhancements are incorporated by Microsoft's product managers. Microsoft has recently said goodbye to the old UserVoice platform.
UserVoice had 13 employees and 4,000 clients, with 23 million users participating by 2011. Slack, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, zendesk, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier, Fivetran, Stitch and Amazon Redshift are among the adopters of UserVoice's platform.
I'd look at IdeaTorrent, which is used by Ubuntu, OLPC, and SourceForge.
