I am looking for Eclipse themes that are similar to the following and support Python/xhtml/css/js by default.

After the installation, go to Window→Preferences→General→Appereance->Color Theme to change the color theme.
On the left sidebar, follow the following dropdown: General > Appearance > Color Theme. This will take you to the next panel, where all the themes are available. All you have to do now is select the theme you want. You can also create or import your own custom theme via the Import a theme…
In Eclipse, to open the desired theme selection window go to Window > Preferences > DevStyle > Color Theme . In Extras section, click import and select dracula-theme. xml from the downloaded repository. Select Dracula Theme from the Editor theme dropdown.
