In Chrome, type “chrome://flags/#overlay-scrollbars” in the address bar, then press Enter. Select “Disabled” from the list of options for this feature. Restart Chrome in order for this change to take effect.
2. Type "Remove Scrollbars" (without quotes) in the search box and press "Enter." Click the "Remove Scrollbars" option located on top of the search results.
You might have use a mouse or install a virtual mouse driver on your Mac? That will make scroll-bars always visible.
