Can I change the transparency of sublime text 2?

Visit View > Window's Transparency submenu to set the opacity. You can use the hotkeys Ctrl+Shift+[1,2,3,4,5,6] Or you can right click and use the contextual menu.
Looks like this isn't a feature, but you can vote for it here, and you can work around it here.
