So I tried to install VS 2015 Update 3. BTW, I have the professional edition and I keep receiving this screen:
Now, of course, Update 2 is already installed but it will not recognize this.
What do I need to do?

Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 includes Tools for Apache Cordova Update 10, including the improvements below. and Update 10. For the latest news about our tools, visit our Developer Blog on GitHub. We've added support for Cordova 6.1.
For Visual Studio 2017, customers who remain on the RTW version 15.0. x will continue to be supported until January 2020. For Visual Studio 2015 and Team Foundation Server 2015, RTW is no longer supported.
Go to control panel->program and features select the Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Professional with Updates entry and select Modify. Now the Visual Studio 2015 installer shows up and here you should see the Update 3.
