Is it possible to have more agents in one Apple Developer program (for companies)?

You can have multiple Apple IDs and multiple developer accounts if you work for multiple organizations. Or you can use one Apple ID for everything, or one for your personal apps and one for your professional apps.
To invite team membersSign in to developer.apple.com/account, and click People. Click Invite People. Click Invite.
Go to https://developer.apple.com/account to start, and then click the Membership tab to add people IIRC. You'll end up sending them an invitation to join your team.
Can I switch my membership from an individual to an organization? Yes, if you are the founder/co-founder of the organization. To start the conversion process, please contact us. You may be asked to submit business documents to verify your organization's identity.
There can only be one Team Agent.
