I need to add a prefix to each URL (e.g., /myprefix/ ) but instead of adding the prefix to each of entry manually (editing each line) Is it possible to add the prefix through Python code?

A Search Console property that, as defined, includes the protocol (http or https) and can include a path string when you created the property. You can see the property URL in the property selector dropdown. Examples of URL-prefix properties: https://m.example.com/petstore/
Prefix URL: Denotes the path where the entry resides. For example, /seo/blog. Entry-specific URL: Denotes the URL of the entry. For example, /my-first-page.
A URL pattern is a set of ordered characters to which the Google Search Appliance matches actual URLs that the crawler discovers. You can specify URL patterns for which your index should include matching URLs and URL patterns for which your index should exclude matching URLs.
Make a pattern that looks for the common URL prefix, then include a second patterns object:

In fact you should perhaps group all the URLs that start with api/ this way, and definitely all the ones that start with r'^(?P<username>[^/]+)/forms/(?P<id_string>[^/]+)/'.
Edit: I didn't test that, see the documentation under "Including other URLconfs".

Simply create an django app and move all your current code into that app. And finally include this urls.py into your project's urls.py. like this

I found out in Django docs there is a use case for URL prefix.

We can improve this by stating the common path prefix only once and grouping the suffixes that differ:
