A company is not using Google Suite and it is against company policy to use personal (consumer) accounts (even Google ones).
There is a need to access Google Analytics - is it possible at all without Google Account?
thanks
Google Products such as Data Studio, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager require a Google Account to gain access. If you try and add someone without a Google account you will be prompted with this error; “Unable to add users.
Here is how to share your Google Analytics with anyone, provided they have an email address registered as a Google Account (no, you do not need to use a Gmail account to access Google Analytics). That's it.
Use Google Demo account First option for you is to use Google Analytics eCommerce Demo Account. This Demo account is an account of a live Google Merchandising eCommerece store where Google sells branded merchandising such as t-shirts, mugs etc. It is a fully functional store and Google Analytics implementation.
If you receive a link to Analytics data, for example, to a report or dashboard, and you don't have access to the account, you can request access. When you click the link, then click Request access to send an email request to administrators of the Analytics account.
You can use Google Analytics without a gmail account, however you must still link your current email to Google's services.
Go to https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount and select "use my current email address instead."
After this, you will have to verify your email, and you can then use this email address to access Google Analytics.
