After updating my gadgets with iOS 9 I've tried to update Xcode to Xcode 7 on my Mac through the App Store, but updating is too slow while speedtest.net shows that my download speed is about 30 mbps. What to do?

Why does Xcode take forever to install? Xcode is a huge app. Verifying and expanding it takes a really long time. Even with a fast Internet connection, it will take 1–2 hours to install Xcode.
Running With Low Disk Space If your disk has less than 20GB remaining, then your overall computer will slow down due to low disk space and you may find it hard to do your regular work on your computer. You must keep your disk space free in order to have a smooth working experience.
With 4GB of RAM, Xcode is going to swap to disk a lot. With a spinning disk, swapping will be slow. If you can upgrade to an SSD and/or add RAM, that will help, otherwise you're kind of stuck.
Faster install with xip and deleting previous Xcode firstapp to /Applications immediately but delete the existing /Applications/Xcode. app first. I guess this is related to Finder first getting the list of those thousands of files in the Xcode. app before the update.
You can always download the dmg for new or earlier versions of Xcode (or any other developer tool for that matter) from this link provided by Apple for iOS and Mac developers.
