Xcode can't export enterprise app [closed]

Question

I'm just having a problem with exporting an iOS app for distribution, when I try to export it and get to the stage where it tries to connect to the developer portal in order to fetch the list of teams I get the following error:

There was an error while interacting with the Developer Portal (2, -1001).

I've looked up the error code on Apple's website and it looks like it's a network timeout error as you can see here

I tried login into Apple's dev centre but it's down for maintenance so I presume that's probably causing my issue but I couldn't find any information about it so I wanted to check here.

As you can see here the dev centre currently redirects to a "down for maintenance" page.

Just called Apple and they confirmed that the issue is on their side and also that they should have it back online by end of today(GMT time)

I'm getting the same error trying to submit my app. Also Apple Developer forums says "we'll be back", so i have to assume maintenance.
