x11vnc xopendisplay failed

I installed x11vnc and then execute x11vnc but failed

following is the error message

$x11vnc -display :0

How can I address the error?

I am using the remote server(Ubuntu 16.04)

/usr/lib/xorg/Xorg -core :1

Your X is running on :1 display, so you need to tell x11vnc that:

$ x11vnc -display :1

I think you can also do -find to try to find the user's display automatically.
