I want a PDF of the Bill generated against Windows Azure Subscriptions, I selected View Bill and then went to Billing History. Clicking on the download link it shows usage details but not the Invoice. Can anybody please suggest where to get Invoice in PDF form?

If I forget to pay, what happens? The service is canceled and your resources are no longer available. Your Azure data is deleted 90 days after the service is terminated.
The shutdown automation provided natively by Azure puts the machine in the Deallocated state, so it is not being billed while it is shut down. See Start/stop VMs during off-hours overview.
Cancel subscription in the Azure portalSelect your subscription from the Subscriptions page in the Azure portal. Select the subscription that you want to cancel. Select Overview, and then select Cancel subscription. Follow prompts and finish cancellation.
At the end of 30 days, Azure disables your subscription. Your subscription is disabled to protect you from accidentally incurring charges for usage beyond the credit and free services included with your subscription. To continue using Azure services, you must upgrade your subscription.
In order to see you invoice in PDF format you have to
On the billing history you will see billing periods, amount you paid, link to download usage in the given period and link to download invoice for the given period.
