Have tried everything, deleted all files and reinstalled launcher, reinstalled MacOS, etc etc.
Epic can't help me because apparently they don't have a "Mac Developer" and don't have a clue, even with all of the info I sent.
It crashes on launch, although there is one workaround. If I turn the WiFi off and launch the app, it will launch successfully (and automatically log me out since there is no internet connection), then I can login and use it normally. If I quit again and restart it continues to crash.
I have included a Dropbox link with a screen recording, crash report, system report and log. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I turn WIFI off, then open the app, and it lunches. Then turn on WIFI and login.
What worked for me was going to Library>App Support>Epic
And just deleting the whole Epic folder then launching the app again.
