I would like to use this library to work with the clipboard. I expect to see it as in the screenshot below, but I can't find it in my list of reference libraries. How can I make it appear?

Click Settings > Settings. On the Settings page, under the Services tab, click User owned apps and services. Check the option, Let users access the Office store, to allow users to insert a form into PowerPoint.
Select Settings > Org settings. Show all in the left pane. On the Settings page, under the Services tab, click Microsoft Forms.
Where data is stored for Microsoft Forms. Microsoft Forms data is stored on servers in the United States, with the exception of data for European-based tenants. The data for European-based tenants is stored on servers in Europe.
In Microsoft Forms on the Responses tab, select Open in Excel. Your form responses will open in an Excel workbook. From Excel, you can export or save your form responses as a PDF file.
If you add a UserForm to your project, the library will get automatically added. If you don't need the UserForm, you can always delete it later.
