Where is 3D view in Firefox firebug?

I can not find 3D view of webpage in firebug. How do I enable it? I am using firefox 21.0

How to enable 3D View Firefox?

1. To open 3D view mode when Firefox is open, press Ctrl+Shift+ I to open Web Developer Tools and click on '3D View' button that is after the Paint brush (check the screenshot below).

The 3D view is a feature of the default inspector. It's not present in Firebug.
