I've searched around Oracle's sites and cannot find the actual executable to download. I get sites that point to older versions, or to the source of Scene Builder instead. I'm looking for the actual windows/mac executable installer for the latest version of Scene Builder.

Scene Builder 8.5. It was released on Jun 5, 2018.
By default, the JavaFX Scene Builder software is installed at C:\Program Files\Oracle\JavaFX Scene Builder 1.0 on a Windows platform. If you install a 32-bit version of the JavaFX Scene Builder on a 64-bit Windows machine, the default installation location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\JavaFX Scene Builder 1.0.
Go to http://www.eclipse.org/efxclipse/install.html for information about the available options to download and install the e(fx)clipse tool to use with your JavaFX Scene Builder installation.

This project was moved to openjfx project. So you can get the latest source code and any other version from http://hg.openjdk.java.net/openjfx
