i want to install oracle 11g on a very weak computer for learning. what is the most lightweight oracle version ? is it the express edition ?

Oracle Database offers market-leading performance, scalability, reliability, and security, both on-premises and in the cloud. Oracle Database 19c is the current long term release, and it provides the highest level of release stability and longest time-frame for support and bug fixes.
Oracle 12c is just upgraded version of the Oracle 11g with some new features like cloud support and pluggable database, kind of like master slave architecture. With the Oracle 12 c, you can plug your database to cloud anytime. It has multiple new features like JSON support, multitenant architecture and etc.
Oracle Database 18c is really another version of 12c Release 2 with a different name. It doesn't contain major new features, but it does expand functionality in various areas. In February, Oracle released Oracle Database 18c, the latest version of its flagship product.
Version 11G This RDBMS that has no pluggable databases. This Oracle version is considered very easy to install, develop, and manage. It has an intuitive browser-based interface that allows for built-in testing of database changes.
I guess it will depend on the sorts of things you are wanting to learn.
I've been using Oracle Database 10g Express Edition as a datastore for personal/learning software development projects. From Oracle's website:
Oracle Database 10g Express Edition (Oracle Database XE) is an entry-level, small-footprint database based on the Oracle Database 10g Release 2 code base that's free to develop, deploy, and distribute; fast to download; and simple to administer.
For what I need, I've found it quick and easy to use.
