Where can I find some waiting/loading transparent GIF/APNG animations, but animation that are really transparent without some colored lines around shapes which I found on:

1 Correct answerThe browser/player has to substitute transparency with solid pixels and it sounds like your mobile device is using black. Your gif has a transparent background (i.e. no background). As long as the animation is 500 frames or less, you can render a movie file from After Effects with transparency and then convert that to an animated GIF with transparency in Photoshop.
The GIF and PNG formats also both support transparency. If you need any level of transparency in your image, you must use either a GIF or a PNG. GIF images (and also PNG) support 1-color transparency. This basically means that you can save your image with a transparent background.
This happens because the edges of the image need to gently transition into the background colour. In this example Photoshop has assumed that the background will be white, so it has faded the edges towards white.
