Waiting for bot to be ready after deployment

Question

Situation 1 I wrote my own bot framework and deploy to Azure, the Test in Web Chat shown me "Waiting for bot to be ready after deployment".

Situation 2 I downloaded the source code from Azure bot Services,after that I deploy back to Azure, the Web Chat shown me "Waiting for bot to be ready after deployment".

What fixed it for me was changing Destination URL in Publish Settings to https. For some reason default is http.
