I want the textbox show "*.doc" & "," & "*.docx"

Write the string as you want it represented:

str = "*.doc" & "," & "*.docx"

double the quotes to escape them:

str = ""*.doc"" & "","" & ""*.docx""

then quote the string entire:

str = """*.doc"" & "","" & ""*.docx"""
