i develop a php-site with user-accounts. to register easier i want to offer the user to (alternativly) log in via they´re google-account (like here on stackoverflow).
how to connect the google-account with my site?

If you deleted your Google Account, you may be able to get it back. If it's been awhile since you deleted your account, you may not be able to recover the data in your account. If you recover your account, you'll be able to sign in as usual to Gmail, Google Play, and other Google services.
Step 1 You should go to Google Account Help and click on Follow the steps to recover your account. Step 2: Just follow the steps, enter your Email or phone number, and click "Next." Step 3 Enter the last password you remember and next. Step 4 You get your Gmail account success and click "Continue" to view your Gmail.
Deleting a Gmail account is permanent. After going through the process, all of your emails and account settings will be erased. You will no longer be able to use your Gmail address to send or receive emails, and the address will not be made available for anyone else to use in the future.
Ask us to restore your account If you own the account, you can request access to it again. Sign in to your Google Account on a browser, like Chrome. Select Request Review. Follow the instructions.
