I am an ITIL Expert in the field of Service Management. I like to think, analyze and re-think for the improvement in the arena of technology. Building and playing with software development has been an hobby. Currently I am learning and creating apps with Android.

I am working in IBM, one of the best companies in the world. Previously I was working for Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates for more that three years as a Services Officer in IT Service Desk.

My day to day job is to ensure that all IT production services are available and I am responsible for managing the service desk operations that contains mission critical applications and services. I am supporting more than 300 applications and services. I am constantly engaging with the users and vendors to manage the incidents and the requests.

In my leisure time, I like to explore new ideas. I have a keen interest in learning new technologies.
