Data scientist and Hadley Wickham fanboy!

Currently interested in the energy sector. I work with energy utilities to understand how their customers use energy. I look at how the populace respond to energy efficiency programs, targeted demand load reduction programs, and how they use energy in general.

On the side I'm interested in the finance, and environmentalism. I play with stocks and crpyto and help out local anti-fracking activists with GIS tasks.

My favorite languages are R (tidyverse) and bash. My favorite algorithm is the Hidden Markov Model, and I want to get better at time-series analysis and specifically LSTM neural networks.
