Walter is a Full Stack Web Developer whose main stack includes C/C++, JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, and Python, which he understands down to the source. He began learning BASIC at the ripe age of 10, and by high school was studying operating systems like Linux, programming in assembly language, and picking up Pascal and C++. Walter picks up new technologies incredibly quickly, and is very good on both the back-end and infrastructure side. He has also worked for years in front-end web development and is comfortable working with any UI framework or library. Walter has been collaborating remotely since 2013 and has experience in several cloud environments, including AWS, Google, Heroku, and OpenShift. He has worked with Docker and Kubernetes, and is comfortable using Ansible to provision and configure nodes, and Terraform to create and orchestrate various resources from different pipelines. Walter can set up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Travis CI, and has mastered the art of testing.
