Hi there! My name is Vikrant Thakur. I was born, raised in Ghaziabad, UP, India. I write web applications in Java. And I love taking photographs.

I am a Business Professional Programmer certified by Department of Electronics, Government of India. I, also, am a Microsoft Certified Professional, since 2003.

After more than eight years of experience in desktop support, LANs, Windows active directory domains, I have developed inclination towards web-based software development. Rich Internet Application development is interesting. People like software that is browser based, and makes their work easier. This is an endeavor to make user-friendly applications that delight people.

The technologies that I use are MySQL, Java, GWT, GXT, Vaadin. New technologies keep on adding to this list. Following is a list of products that I have developed:
