Since I was little I wanted to become a hacker. I still remember running Backtrack 4 Linux (now Kali) on a USB stick and trying the penetration tools that were offered on that OS.

At the end of high school my passion evolved to writing software. The first languages I tried was C++ and Python. I was amazed at how many things someone could build with code.

After finishing High School I started studying at Technical University of Crete as an Electrical and Computer Engineer. Here I was able able to acquire even more knowledge from how transistors work, to how a CPU is built, and how an Operating System works.

It was there where I found out about technologies like containers, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing which intrigued me.

Now I am still passionate about discovering new technologies and becoming a better engineer.
